We can advise on both core analytical and operational CRM tools, associated technologies, and deployment options, including in-depth knowledge of various cloud based infrastructures such as Azure and AWS.

Our team
Cantata is dedicated to providing the best possible advice and support. All of our teams include highly experienced specialists in the fields of CRM and related technologies. Our senior CRM business consultants all have at least 10 years directly relevant experience and specialise in ensuring all projects are pragmatic, realistic and effectively scoped and delivered.
Our breadth of skills covers the whole range of requirements of a CRM implementation. We have staff who specialise in everything from initial strategy and business case development, requirements analysis and business process work, implementation, rollout and training.
Our Oxford-based engineering team have years of specialist CRM implementation and support experience, across a wide range of CRM products, infrastructure options and associated technologies. We have implementation and training specialists in the leading CRM technologies, in particular the market leaders Microsoft CRM and salesforce.com.
