CRM Analyst opportunity – Oxford based with travel - £35-£45k
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to undertake a variety of roles in CRM and related technology deployments. The role will cover the entire development lifecycle for a variety of projects; from analysis and specification through development support and testing. Our analysts often also undertake some elements of training and project management. Roles are client facing and dictated by project need. 
This position will be based at our Oxford technical centre, but it is anticipated that the majority of time will be spent on client sites. Our clients are primarily based in London and the South but with the possibility of travel further afield. An element of home-working is feasible where this is mutually beneficial.
The ideal candidates will be capable of working independently, possess strong stakeholder management skills at business and technical levels, be knowledgeable about CRM in general and ideally have 1 to 3 years’ experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce or similar platforms. An understanding of document management and web content management integration with CRM systems would be beneficial. B2B experience, particularly in financial or regulatory sectors is highly desirable but not essential.
The position has important contributions to make throughout the project lifecycle from pre-sales through to post implementation support. Skills required include abilities to: effectively communicate with non-technical users and translate requirements into technical specifications, develop and deliver effective presentations, facilitate workshops, deliver high-quality documents, project management, test management, support transition of systems into the business at go live, delivery of training and post go live support activities. Developer opportunity - Oxford based - £25-£35k
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced .NET Developer to undertake an interesting and varied combination of new product and client-project development and existing client support activities in our CRM, integrated Web, Content Management and Document Management deployments.
Company expansion means we are now growing a new development centre in Oxford, and the role will be based in the campus-style environment of Oxford Science Park. A small amount of UK travel for client and supplier meetings is envisaged as is home-working where this is mutually beneficial.
The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic self-starters with 1 to 3 years experience of applying C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, Web Services integration and HTML skills within Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SharePoint, Sitecore and Umbraco based environments. Candidates should be able to demonstrate practical knowledge of development processes from development through to production and support and an ability to work independently.
The role will mainly be focused around developing features and resolving technical issues for our clients’ implementations and further developing our own products. You will be designing and developing new software features, integrating third party technologies and helping with testing and fixing. We will ensure that you are supported and help you to further develop your skills.
